Bed with 2" Firm Base

The picture above shows a polished Victoria bed with our Firm 2" Bed base. The base can be seen sitting on the side rails and below the mattress.

A firm base means the mattress will do all the work when you lie on it (it can't flex out below). This gives a mattress a slightly firmer feel.

Briefly these include our sprung slatted system which will allow the mattress to flex out underneath the mattress giving a very slightly softer feel.

Our 4" firm edge sprung base gives a softer feel to a mattress because the springs within the base allow
the mattress to sink in slightly to the base.

Our 6' sprung base gives the most luxurious feel to a mattress because its sprung inside the bases and around the edges. This base suits the most luxurious and more expensive mattresses available.
